Our Day-Of Coordination service is designed for couples who have carefully planned their wedding but want to fully experience the day without stress, distractions or logistical concerns. In the final weeks, we step in to organize, confirm and coordinate every moving part, ensuring everything flows exactly as envisioned.

From managing the timeline and vendors to overseeing setup, guest flow and every behind-the-scenes detail, we become the single point of contact for the entire event — allowing you, your family and your friends to be fully present in the celebration.

Yes. We specialize in luxury destination weddings throughout Greece, creating bespoke celebrations for couples traveling from around the world. From the initial planning stages to the final guest experience, we manage every detail with care, creativity, and precision.

Which Greek islands and destinations do you work in?

We design and plan weddings across Greece, including Santorini, Mykonos, Paros, Antiparos, Crete, Corfu, Rhodes, Skiathos, and many other islands. We also work in Athens, the Athenian Riviera, the Peloponnese, and selected mainland destinations. Each location is chosen according to the couple’s vision, guest experience, and overall aesthetic.

Do you offer wedding styling without full planning?

Yes. In addition to full wedding planning, we offer wedding styling, event design, and creative direction for couples who already have logistical support but wish to elevate the visual identity and atmosphere of their celebration.

How far in advance should we book?

For destination weddings in Greece, we recommend booking 12 to 18 months in advance. Popular dates and sought-after venues can be reserved much earlier, particularly for weddings taking place between May and October. However, we are always happy to discuss shorter timelines when availability allows.

Do you work with international couples?

Absolutely. Most of our clients live outside Greece and trust us to plan their wedding remotely. We guide couples through every step of the process with clear communication, detailed planning, and a trusted network of exceptional partners across Greece.

Yes. Venue selection is one of the most important parts of the planning process. Based on your vision, guest count, budget, and preferred destination, we curate a selection of venues that reflect your style and create the ideal setting for your celebration.
